Services We Offer

Entourage Consulting arranges all phases of product demonstrations and promotions. We work closely with the staff at a variety of buying offices, including Costco’s® Southeast buying office. When we schedule an event, confirmations are sent to each buying office to assure the dates are acceptable and the products will be available.

Wet and Dry-Tastings... Start to Finish

Based on local city, county and state regulations, we arrange wet-tastings. To raise consumer interest, and if regulations permit, our knowledgeable staff will pour samples of your product. In this case, we work with you, the distributor, and the venue to ensure samples are available at each individual location. In addition, we confirm that sufficient quantities of your wine and spirits are in-stock and available for purchase.

When local regulations do not allow for on-premise liquor consumption, we accommodate your needs by performing dry-tastings. In these areas, samples will not be available to pour. However, our knowledgeable staff will be on-hand to increase product awareness by communicating your product's features to the consumer.

Whether we are performing a wet-tasting or a dry-tasting, there's just one focus: to increase sales of your products.

Suggested Schedule

We suggest a schedule consisting of at least two 6-hour days, (Friday and Saturday preferred) at the same location. Back-to-back scheduling at the the same location is key in targeting and optimizing your customer base. Chances of repeat customers are minimized, allowing us to reach more of your audience.

Staff Attire

We recognize the importance of professional, modest attire and require all of our staff to be dressed appropriately when representing your company. Jeans, shorts, halter tops and flip-flop sandals are not allowed. Staff will be dressed to suit their location and will always represent themselves in a professional manner.

On occasion, you may have a need to request specific details regarding our staff's attire. If you have requirements such as black or khaki pants and skirts or white shirts — please let us know. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

Special Requests

If your company requires special attention to other details such as table set-up, displays, or even background music — please let us know. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request based on each location.

Accountability

Entourage Consulting believes in accountability at every level, including at the chain, supplier and staff levels. We require our staff to send us a recap upon completion of each event, detailing the success, sales and possible challenges. These reports are compiled and sent to our clients. The reports are one of many ways that Entourage Consulting is not just another demonstration company — we are accountable.
